ARCADE remains the owner of the appliances until they are fully paid.
After a period of one month starting on the delivery date, the guarantee will no longer apply on any appliance that has not been installed nor tried in the patient’s mouth.
ARCADE guaranties manufacturing defects caused by the technics and/or the material used.
The guarantee cannot be granted if the device complies with the request of the prescriber or if the device is well adjusted on the working model.
A return approved under the guarantee must be returned on the original working model. Otherwise, ARCADE will charge all newly produced work.
Where rework is required under the guarantee, any modification of the initial order will be billed accordingly.
Arcade is not responsible for delivery times of third party carriers.
A poorly or inadequately filled prescription may cause delivery delays independent of our will.
Cancellation Terms: cancellations are granted until 24h after the delivery to the lab. Otherwise, it will not be taken into account.
